Japan’s nuclear crisis: when it will end?

Prime Minister of Japan Naoto Kan says in the Friday interview that Japan government is doing everything to stop the situation on Fukushima nuclear power plant from getting worse.

He does not say the main thing expected- that the nuclear crisis will be soon brought under control. The prime minister also comments on the government actions after the earthquake and tsunami in northeastern Japan, he points out that the situation with nuclear crisis is the most important problem to solve at the moment and the government is now concerned about it.

Naoto Kan  in a televised news conference tries to make clear that Japan gives full attention  at the first place to Fukushima nuclear situation and secondly, to reconstruction after disastrous calamity .

The situation at the nuclear plant according to Naoto Kan is serious. The radiation leaks and other serious problems still exist and are potential risks for the residents. He expresses sympathy to farmers and business owners and regrets about the damage caused to Fukushima residents.
